Nice recipe to reuse some old [[panedo|bread]]. Ingredients: * Onion * Old [[panedo|bread]] * Milk * Carrots and selery * One egg * Minced Meat * spices (parsley...) The proportions of the ingredients depend on how much meat you have. I suggest to fry the onion with carrots and selery until the onion gets soft; I personally don't digest raw onions. Put the old bread (broken in pieces) in the milk until it's soft. Mix the meat the fried carrots, onions and selery with the softened bread. Add an egg and the spices to the mixture; add salt to the meat loaf. Shape the mixture into a cilinder. I have cooked this in the oven, at least 20 minutes at 180 C.
